Description of Services

Tarafit MAG8VITA offers personal training, group classes, nutritional counseling and related fitness services. All services are intended for individuals who want to improve their physical fitness and health.

Bookings and Registration

Bookings for personal training and group classes are made via email, phone or web form. Registration is valid upon confirmation by Tarafit MAG8VITA. Places for group classes are limited.

Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made before the start of the training or in accordance with the agreed payment method. We accept payment by cash, bank transfer or other agreed methods. Service prices are published on the website and may change without prior notice.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of personal training must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. In case of late cancellation or unexcused absence, the session is considered used. For group classes, unused sessions are not transferable or refundable, except in case of illness with a medical certificate.

Health Declaration

Participants are responsible for their health condition. We recommend consulting a doctor before starting training, especially in case of chronic diseases, injuries or pregnancy. Tarafit MAG8VITA does not assume responsibility for health problems that may occur during or after training.

Limitation of Liability

Tarafit MAG8VITA strives to provide safe training, but does not assume responsibility for injuries or damage that may occur during the use of services. Participants train at their own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including texts, images, logos and videos, is the property of Tarafit MAG8VITA and is protected by copyright. Use without written permission is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

Tarafit MAG8VITA reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website. Continued use of services means acceptance of the updated terms.
